You Clinic

The YOU CLINIC in Katowice, opening in November 2022, is a compact, modern healthcare building in the south of the city, close to a wooded area and well connected to public transport.

Due to restrictive zoning regulations, the planners opted for a column-based structure made of steel and reinforced concrete. Flat concrete ceilings allow for flexible room layout with a clear, cubic design and a flat roof.

A special feature is the translucent profiled glass façade in combination with aluminium profiles. This choice of materials creates a bright outer shell that combines technical precision with visual lightness. The interior spaces benefit from daylight, clear signage and barrier-free design, including a lift and threshold-free access.

Energy efficiency is ensured by the building's own photovoltaic system. The interior design combines light surfaces with modular flexibility and medical equipment.

YOU CLINIC is a prime example of contemporary medical architecture: minimalist design, flexible structure, sustainable technology and a high quality of stay.
