Junker Holice
Holice, Czech Republic

The construction of the new Junker Holice building in Holice, near Pardubice in the Czech Republic, has resulted in a strikingly designed building complex for the Junker Group, combining production, development, training and hospitality within a single architectural concept. The complex comprises an assembly and workshop hall, a technology centre, a four-star hotel and a restaurant. The range of facilities is complemented by the Junker Academy, which serves as a platform for in-house training.
The architectural hallmarks of the site are the vertically accentuated sections and towers of the main building, which lend the complex a striking presence. The translucent façade surfaces made of LINIT©EcoGlass profiled architectural glass ensure even distribution of daylight and allow the building structures to appear differently depending on the lighting conditions: understated and functional by day, and as luminous landmarks in the industrial surroundings of Holice by night.
