IKEA Nice Saint-Isidore

The new IKEA store is located in the west of Nice, in the heart of the eco-friendly Nice Saint-Isidore district, near the Allianz Riviera stadium, with a surface area of over 32,000 m² on two levels, including 24,000 m² of retail space.

The design of this department store contrasts with its classic model (a large block of blue metal sheets). LAMBERTS LINIT®EcoGlass magico in IKEA blue adorns the façade.

Jean-Michel Wilmotte, head of the renowned Parisian architectural firm, designed the project. He integrated the IKEA furniture store into an urban composition that blends harmoniously with the surrounding gardens and wooden structures and the large stadium.

The store has underground parking and a walkable green roof.
