FC Bayern - Campus
Munich, Germany

The FC Bayern Campus is FC Bayern Munich's youth training centre. It is located on Ingolstädter Straße in the north of Munich, partly in the Oberschleißheim district. Covering around 30 hectares, the site offers training and playing facilities for all the club's youth and women's teams – the term ‘campus’ refers to both the grounds and the institution itself.
Architecturally, the campus features a clear, understated design. A particularly striking feature is the extensive use of profiled glass in the translucent building envelope. This provides diffused, glare-free lighting and creates an atmospheric, luminous façade after dark.
The integrated stadium seats around 2,500 spectators and is regularly used for official league matches, including in the U17 and U19 Bundesliga and by the FC Bayern women's teams, who also train here. It meets the requirements of the German Football Association (DFB) and thus offers a professional stage of the highest standard.
A special highlight of the campus was the visit of NFL legend Tom Brady, who trained with his team – the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – on the grounds during a visit ahead of the first NFL game on German soil in Munich in 2022. The FC Bayern Campus was deliberately chosen because the facility, with its modern infrastructure, high-quality turf and secluded, professional environment, offered ideal conditions for a top international team.
