The Eurotheum office and hotel complex is a 110-metre-high building in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. It was built at the same time as the Main Tower, has 31 floors and is one of the few high-rise buildings in Frankfurt to house both offices and a hotel.
After the European Central Bank moved out as a major tenant, the building was redesigned by the Peter Kulka architectural firm. The project won the Iconic Awards for Innovative Architecture. The foyer, with areas of different heights, is now characterised by curved walls made of industrial glass profiles that extend over seven floors. Depending on the daylight and use, the hall can be designed in different colours, each of which gives the room a special character.
