East Garage
Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Investor Ardi Goldman, known for his unusual buildings, has constructed a very special kind of garage in Frankfurt. Spread over five floors and covering an area of 9,300 square metres, it offers 215 parking spaces. However, these are only intended for rare cars. Only vintage cars, modern classics and classic cars are allowed to be parked in the car park. The investor's idea is to enable classic car owners in the city to park their mobile treasures in the immediate vicinity.
With seven-metre-wide lanes and parking spaces measuring six metres long and three metres wide, the dimensions of this luxury car park are exceptionally generous. The price per parking space is also exceptional: 220 euros per month, plus VAT.
To ensure that the cars are shown off to their best advantage, sandblasted LAMBERTS LINIT®EcoGlass solar was used in the façade. The environmentally friendly profiled glass discreetly prevents views from outside and, with its silky surface, is also a real eye-catcher.
An additional eye-catcher in front of the building is a replica of a 1950s petrol station. Here, the cars can be cared for and maintained. The only thing missing is petrol.
