The 50-metre-high Děvín Water Tower is located on the Děvín hill in Prague (310 metres above sea level), above the left bank of the Vltava River. It was built in 1977 and renovated in 2020. The water tower consists of three 50-metre-high steel cylinders (pipes with a diameter of 1.8 metres each) connected in parallel and in a triangle. The steel pipes are clad with blue sheet metal on the outside. The profiled glass inserted between them protects the staircase inside and allows plenty of light into the interior of the water tower.
