Text description provided by the architects. Landscape and movement are the catalysts for this design: a dynamically curved, compact structure in the shape of a boomerang is anchored to the site by a luminous core. This significantly higher, fabric-covered structure pierces the roof surface and serves as an advertising medium and projection screen for open-air events.

A façade made of profiled glass envelops the rounded, spiralling volume. The counterpart to this building structure is the car park, which rises out of the topography and encloses a square with its façade of curved seating steps. Inside the factory outlet, the dynamic continues spatially, encouraging visitors to walk through the sales area in a three-dimensional loop.
